BOUNDARY SETTING SPELL

Candle Spell for Setting Personal Boundaries

We must never feel selfish if we don’t have the time or energy to just keep on giving of ourselves. It’s important to be able to set boundaries and stick to them. Here’s a candle spell to help you to do just that.

YOU WILL NEED:

✶ Small grey spell candle

✶ Dried rue

✶ Dried mint

Place the grey candle in a suitable holder, and circle it with the herbs, working clockwise.

As you light the candle, state the following:

“My boundaries will be clear,

I will set them without fear,

I will protect my energy

And choose only what’s best for me.”

As the candle burns down, feel yourself being empowered to say “no” when you’d like to, to communicate honestly and clearly, and know that moving forwards, you can do this without any feelings of guilt.
